Ingredients:
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup Sucanat or dark brown sugar
2 cups whole-wheat flour
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. lecithin granules
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup natural sesame seeds
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all the dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and oil into the mix.
- Stir the mix until it gets just moist.
- Pour the mix into greased square pan.
- Bake for 50 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
