You shouldn't to doing the way below one by one, but you can choose the way that you think suitable for you and will make maksimal result.
1. weighting your weight everyday and make the graphics. with doing this way, you can see the development of your weight, you can see about your way to lose your weight is right??, and how if we look our weight is decrease it can make us more enthusiasm to lose our weight.
2.Arrange your food. Maybe this way is not the main thing to lose your weight, but how much of calories that you can decrease and it can balance your body's weight, for example you have target 1.600 calories for your body everyday, and then alocate 400 calories for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and then eat some snack 200 calories twice a day. The key is discipline. after several day it will be your habitual.
3. Choose the health snack, calculate how much the snack that you eat, if you want to eat the snack so you eat 2-3 hours before having dinner and having lunch. Fruits, Vegeables, Yogurt and the similiar snack is the right choise.
4. Find the alternative, if you like milk, so you can find the milk that have low fat. if you like chicken's meat so it will be nice if you toasted that chicken that you fried. the key is, you shouldn't stop to eat your favorite food but you should find the alternative that have low calories.
5. Eat some food slowly, and then you will be surprise that how many food that you already eatin but you stomach is full, the another tip, if you think that you already eat alot of food but you are still hungry, so please try to don't eat anything while 20 minutes and then you will not feel hungry again.
