Home Remedies for MENSTRUAL STOMACH ACHE:
Stomach ache during menstrual period is so common in girls. Some female get pains even a week before menstruation begines and some female face severe pain just before the menstruation. It is advisable to eat light diet with more fruits and vegetables and avoid spicy chilled foods, specially during that period. Here are some home remedies to get relief from stomach ache due to menstrual period.
- Eating a pinch of Asafoetida (Hing) kept inside a Banana fruit pulp or Asafoetifa with jaggery and drinking hot water helps to reduce stomach ache during menstruation.
- Eating a spoon of Fenugreek seeds (Menthi) with a cup of Buttermilk (Chach) helps to reduce stomach ache during menstruation.
- Eating Black Sesame seeds (Til) posder with hot Milk during menstruation helps to get relief from stomach ache.
- Putting a wet cloth on the vaval area cools the stomach helps to reduce stomach ache during menstration.
- Dry Ginger (Saunth) and jaggery (Gur) boilded in water, filtered and drinking this decoction helps to reduce stomach ache during menstruation.
- Drinking Half spoon of neem leaf juice mixed with one fourth spoon of Ginger juice hekps to reduce stomach ache during menstruation.
- Mustard seeds posdered and boiled in water. A cloth dipped in this hot solution can be put on the stomach which helps to reduce stomach ache during menstruation.
- Eating Carrom seeds (Ajwain) and jaggery (gur) with pure Ghee helps to reduce stomech ache during menstruation.
- Aniseeds (Saunf) boiled in water, filtered and drinking this decoction with a spoon of Honey helps in reducing stomach ache during menstruation.
- Guava fruit (Amrud) pulp without seeds mixed in Milk with honey, taken reduces stomach ache during menstruation.
